From a producer called Andre Luis Paradela in the Santa Luzia area bordering Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais states. It is a natural processed Yellow Bourbon variety.
Heavely smooth, with hints of sweet caramel, berry fruits and nuts.
Kenya Kiambu / Kenyan Double washed / Grown at 1800-2300m ASL

An assemblage of coffees from many smallholders in the Kiambu appellation, produced in central Kenya, south of Mount Kenya. It is produced in a traditional double washed Kenyan fashion, passing the coffee through two stages of wet fermentation. The coffee is then sun dried on raised african beds which contributes to it’s clarity and complexity.
Big, rich, highly flavoured, with silky smooth sweet blackcurrant undertones.
Mexico Chiapas / Fully washed / Grown at 1500-1700m ASL

Produce by multiple smallholders in south Mexico this fully washed coffee is processed by La Laja using mechanised washing stations which they claim reduces water consumption to 20% compared to the traditional manual method. The coffee is sun dried on traditional drying patios.
Intense chocolate, sweet caramel, with red berries, and walnut notes.
Peru CO2 Decaf / Junin region / Fully washed / Grown at 1600-1900m ASL

From the central highlands of Peru, in the Junin region along a stretch of the Andean mountains, this coffee is produced by a co-operative based in the town of Satipo. The coffee is harvested by hand, depulped, washed and dried on the farms, then sorted, graded and composed into the blends at the dry mill.
Then decaffeinated using the CO2 method in Germany which uses CO2 as a solvent to extract the caffeine.
Super smooth, mellow-medium body, gentle sweet finish without the caffeine.
Roasted, ground and cold-dripped in Dorset.
